Hi! I'm Jenny Weinar.
I am the Director of Home Body Therapy and a body political psychotherapist (she/her pronouns) based in Philadelphia, PA. I have a bachelor of arts from Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in social work with a specialization in health and mental health from Hunter College. My professional experience includes hospitals and primary care settings, outpatient mental health centers, and substance abuse treatment. I am trained in various modalities listed below, all of which may be integrated into our work. I believe my most valuable training, however, has been through my own healing which is an ongoing and dynamic process.

Michelle Hilton joined Home Body Therapy as a therapist in 2019. Michelle (she/her pronouns) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and eating disorder specialist based in Philadelphia, PA, and currently serves as the Clinical Supervisor at an outpatient eating disorder program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University and a master’s degree in counseling psychology with a certification from Immaculata University.
Michelle’s professional experience includes work in both mental health and eating disorder partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment programs. Through these experiences and her own continual healing, Michelle developed a passion for supporting others in the recovery process and providing space for clients to grow in a way that feels authentic to them. Michelle’s work is Health At Every Size-informed and she is also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, all of which can be integrated in to her therapeutic work.
