Have you been dieting for as long as you can remember? Do negative thoughts about your weight and shape consume you? Are you obsessed with “clean eating” and exercise? Do you struggle with restricting, binge eating, purging and/or over-exercising?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, I feel for you, and I can help.

I’ve helped many clients reclaim the life diet culture stole, and I don’t mean through weight loss or another sneaky diet disguised as a “lifestyle change.” I believe you are fully worthy of dignity, love, pleasure and respect in the body you’re in at this very moment.

I hope to have the chance to help you start living the vibrant life you deserve right now, just as you are.
